In general if you have an issue with a printer you are best to firstly contact the dealer where you purchased it from followed by the manufacturer as they should be able to give expert advice and if all else fails maybe one of the members here may be able to help.

Apple MACs
There are some issues with drivers etc. and the use Apple MACs so where this can not be placed in a particular manufacturers section maybe it should be in here.
