    Darkroom v photo key v photo wizard



    Hi guys,

    i'm trying out the 3 top green screen applications ( i think)

    and i can't see much difference.

    what do you guys think.

    Photokey & Green Screen Wizard give best extraction - darkroom requires least user input but most prior setup i.e. best workflow- all have batch modes and can be automated

    Darkroom can not handle input/output of png images with transparency

    This comparison is based on using Darkroom 9.2

    I've used Green Screen Wizard and found it to be awesome. But not for events.
    I used it to do various band promotional products CD covers, Posters etc. The extraction was brilliant and you can add shadows to add realism. However at at Event the process would be far too long winded.

    Darkroom whilst not quite as good at the extraction is plenty good enough IMHO and the ease of use at an Event makes it the one I use. That said, if shooting for higher quality products as individual shoots, I'd use GSW
