We have set out some "House Rules" on the required etiquette for postings to the forum so as to enable all contributors to get the most out of their time here. Please read and respect the rules. If you have any comments or suggestions, please contact either the mods or the steering group via PM.

Note: Use of the forum is granted on the basis that the user fully accepts the following conditions and agrees to abide by them at all times.


1) Keep your contributions polite & civil at all times. Bullying will not be tolerated in any way. We are trying to build a mature & friendly society.

2) No flaming - either openly on the forum or via PMs.

3) No spamming - please do not cross post on multiple threads

4) No advertising of products. Only those members who have paid for trade membership are permitted to advertise products with which they have a commercial interest. All other posters will have their posts removed by the moderator.

5) You may not post any defamatory or illegal material of any nature on the forum. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio. Any such posts will be deleted.

6) You must not violate copyright law and must only post material which either belongs to you, or for which you have permission to distribute electronically.

7) You are not permitted to have multiple accounts on this site. Each member must have a single identity on the forum, anyone found having more than one account will have that account suspended. This does not apply to individuals who have additional accounts for the purpose of administering and moderating the forum.

8) Criticism of the administrators and moderators will not be permitted in open forum debate. If you are unhappy with the actions of a moderator, please contact either the administrator or steering group via PM. Likewise, should you be unhappy with the actions of the administrator, please contact either the moderators or the steering group.

9) We reserve the right to remove anything that we consider inappropriate and which may damage the reputation of the EPS. Don't forget - you could be held liable in a court of law for anything you say online!

10) All postings made automatically become the property of the EPS but they will not be reproduced for commercial gain by the EPS without prior consent of the original poster.
