Has anyone had any camera compatibility issues with this printer?

I'm running a Nikon D3 & Nikon D800

No problems with jpegs from the D3 at all.
Can only do the "Quick Print" with any files from the D800
I can see & select the images but if I press edit or print the image turns to a jigsaw with FAIL on it


Can anyone share their experiences with this printer?
