Eye fi range

Has anyone sucessfully used eyefi for outdoor event sucessfully? I want to use it along with EnGneius EL-EOC-2611P. What sort of range can be achieved?

It is a eye-fi Pro 4gb normally use it short range for proms etc.

I use the same combo, but the eyefi is only in the tent for studio shots. The other cameras use the Nikon WT-4 which gives a good 100 metres of range when clear line of site is available.

The eyefi is supposed to give up to 90 feet.

Used it over about 30m - eyefi in a 1DIII body and a 11db 90 degree sector antenna at the other end.
