Nope. He ended up in my marquee buying a copy! He restarted his kart and finished the race. :-o

by the marshal - he has he's flag out before the accident has finished happening

The guy that went flying had already spun off - hence the flag marshal. The driver had been pushing the kart to try and get it going when the second guy came around the hairpin and found him in the middle of the track. The conditions were dreadful and when he braked hard to avoid the accident, things just got worse!
